CoffeeTime App

Coffee is always a good idea. CoffeeTime App gives you the tools to meet and make new friends. Using a wristband, the app detects caffeine levels and alerts you when a shortage occurs. It also gives you recommended coffee places and lets you order and pay from the application.

The problem

As someone who loves coffee, I have always heard that coffee is unhealthy, or that we should limit our caffeine intake to four cups per day. But how do you control your caffeine intake and determine if any caffeine is too much for you?
Discovery

When I was researching coffee apps and finding out what caffeine level was recommended.
I discovered that there are three levels of caffeine sensitivity.

The solution

An app that will act as a personal monitor, synched with a wristband. The app keeps track of the level of caffeine in your blood, and notifies the user when there is a lack of caffeine, and recommend locations that specialize in coffee in the area.
I was interested in taking the app beyond the health aspect to enhance the social aspect as well as bring people together over coffee.
User flow & Wireframes

I've decided that the app must provide features such as coffee places, maps, profiles, and the ability to see if there are others of your friends in the café. I wanted to keep things simple as possible and focused on the user coffee experience.

Design

The visual design consists of colors that symbolize health and coffee. The elements are simple and mainly based on lines and coffee fill. My goal was to convey a feeling of well-being and relaxation.
